- Some users are experiencing issues on the website platform where large batches of images (30+) do not render all images. Some photos at the bottom of the portfolios display a broken image icon, and fail to load. [Resolved: Jan. 28, 2021]
- There is an occasional issue where photos in portrait mode are appearing as extremely stretched when reviewing an entire portfolio. For reference, the platform is not altering any of these images, and that can be seen when opening one of these stretched images; however, we are working on a fix for the display interface. - Some users may be experiencing an “Internal Server Error” when attempting to Sign Up or Sign In to their accounts. [Resolved: Jan. 27, 2021]
- When users share a portfolio to social media, the cover image sometimes does not display in the hyperlink box on the social media platform. This is an occasional issue that we are investigating. [Resolved: Mar. 1, 2021]
